If I were confronted by a player with the @rsehole, I'd make it clear that if he didn't like how I was running the team he could "censored" off for the right price, but if he intended to let his contract run down I'd tell him he could do a Bogarde and rot without a game - at all - and train on his own, without a ball, until his contract ended and see who would employ him then?
