Default Taking each game as it comes

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has stressed the importance of taking each game as it comes and not looking too far ahead following Wolves' back to back victories on the road.

The striker's 30th minute match winner at Layer Road on Saturday was his third for Wolves since his January move to Molineux from Plymouth

Of Colchester, he said: "It's a hard place to play at so we're pleased to come away with three points.

"It can be difficult playing up front by yourself but the lads provided good support for me.

"The goal was probably the only real chance I had but I was pleased to take it.

"We have to be hard to beat away from home and places like Colchester are never easy to go to, wherever they are in the league.

"We might be edging back towards the play-offs but I think it's important now that we just take it game by game and don't look too far ahead.

"I think we've started to do that and are looking to just press on from here.

"It's been a bit up-and-down recently but we know what this league is about and we've been knuckling down in training.

"We know if you can get on a run you've got every chance of getting there.

"It's an up-and-down league and we've been up-and-down lately but confidence is fairly high now.

"Everyone knows their jobs and those waiting in the wings are ready and firing so we've got good competition as well."
