As for being a role model ........ he was sent to Chelmsford Prison for not paying motoring fines. He said he had learnt a very valuable lesson and he said he never wanted to go to prison again because he saw what it was doing to people. He imagined God saying "is this where you want to go? cause other wise you better change". Mind you, there's 106 signatures!"shakehead2"

Obviously in Arsenal fans eyes he is a legend - there vote for him no doubt

I admired him as a player - he was a joy to watch at Arsenal - but never really delivered at International level with England IMO

A great player but i don't think he merits the award to be knighted a Sir
