Arsenal Fans Claim Villa Fans Are Scum
I was just reading a Blog from a bunch of Gooners fans claiming Villa fans are scum
Villa fans sang songs about Eduardo according to them that makes us ''The Scum Of The Earth''  I found this very funny reading this - not towards Eduardo - but towards the Arsenal fans who according to them are never out of order  I remember back a few seasons ago when the Arsenal fans were singing sick songs towards Glenn Roeder when he had a brain Tumour - or what about the Gunners fans who sang Anti-Semitic - 'send the Jews To Auscwitz’ songs the other week as well? Bless'um

thats the problem with footbal fans they dont think before they sing, some are sick and horrible but what they do will reflect later in life

Fans will be fans.
Dehumanising the opposition (other fans) and portraying them as evil or wrong makes them more opposable. Once you start to sympathise with the enemy you've lost the fight. All fans say daft and distasteful things. Doesn't make them bad fans or bad people. I dare say I'd have said similar if it had been one of Owen's numerous injuries.
