BARNSLEY supporters have snapped up almost most of the tickets for our FA Cup Fifth Round clash with Liverpool at Anfield.
Supporters have been queuing at Oakwell since 5.00am this morning and thousands and thousands have booked their seats at Anfield for the big game (February 16, 2008, KO 3.00pm).
There have been queues the length of the Oakwell car park throughout the day in scenes reminiscent of the Premier League days and the visits to Wembley and the Millennium Stadium. Supporters have also filled almost 40 official Reds on the Road coaches for the trip to Liverpool.
The remaining tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders at 9.00am tomorrow and supporters are advised to get to Oakwell early to avoid disappointment.
Barnsley Football Club expect the tickets to sell out tomorrow.
Supporters who were turned away from the queues this afternoon and given a special voucher will be given priority tomorrow morning.
