Chelsea boss Avram Grant has rejected speculation linking Andrei Shevchenko with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
A return to Milan for The Ukrainian has been strongly mooted in recent weeks with Milan confirming their interest in bringing the striker back to Serie A.
Shevchenko's future at Chelsea has been the subject of conjecture for some time after dropping down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge following the January arrival of Nicolas Anelka.
The 31-year-old has struggled to establish himself in West London since his £30million move from Milan in 2006.
Despite his struggles for form and fitness, Grant says he plans to keep Shevchenko in West London next season.
"We want to keep the same squad for next year. I think he [Shevchenko] will stay," Grant told The Times.
