Chelsea enter Adebayor race Reports in the English press claim that Chelsea are about to launch an audacious bid for Arsenal's wantaway striker Emmanuel Adebayor. The 24-year-old is being tracked by Barcelona and AC Milan and is expected to leave the Gunners unless they acquiesce to his salary demands. Barca and the Rossoneri were the favourites to nab Adebayor, but The Telegraph claims that the Blues will pay their London rivals £30million for the Togolese star. The newspaper also reports that the Stamford Bridge club will offer the former Monaco marksman £120,000 per week. Speculation is mounting that Arsene Wenger will off-load Adebayor as he does not want to break the club's wage structure to keep him at the club. Newcastle United's Obafemi Martins has been touted as a possible replacement should Adebayor follow Thierry Henry's path and exit the club. now the bad news drogba has bought a house in surrey and wants to stay in england
