Sheffield Wednesday are set to open talks with Chelsea striker Ben Sahar so reports say

It's only a loan deal but still be a very good signing for Wednesday - will help there relegation struggle no end hopefully with them pushing up the table and the Blunts slipping down "giggle"

He looks a great prospect for Chelsea - and these loan deals can only make him a better player in the longrun

Why would Chelski let Sahar go to a struggling Club like Wednesday but not allow Scott Sinclair to join Leicester because they were battling relegation and they wanted him to experience pushing for the top, not fighting near the botton? Does Avramsmybitch have a problem with Mantoditch?

Well thats the point of it Chopper - to get some experience in the lower leagues

There is no point spending your career playing for your clubs reserves - IMO players like Sahar and Sinclair need to be playing every week - it dosn't matter if they have to drop a division as thats where there prolly gonna end up anyway in the future

IMO i don't see either having a career at Chelsea

Gone through - only a one-month-loan - but still a good bit of business for the for the Owls

yeah could score a few goals in the championship good luck to him. I dont see why he's still at chelsea though surely he knows he aint gonna make it there

A good player. Should do well in the Championship and get a few goals. Agree with everyone saying he isnt going to make it at Chelsea like.

I can see the very good reason to loan 'fringe' players out to lower league clubs but find it strange that they wouldn't let Sinclair go to Leicester 'cause they were struggling but they did let Sahar go to Wednesday who're not exactly setting the world on fire?

Maybe they have plans for Sinclair? - he has the ability altho i feel the Championship is his level

To be fair Avram Grant is a fair guy that may give him a chance
