The first shock of this season's Copa Libertadores has come, and it's in the first match, where Caracas of Venezuela beat San Lorenzo 2-0 at the Estadio OlÃmpico de la UCV in Caracas.
Ronald Alejandro Vargas got the first goal for Caracas, minutes before Cristian Alberto Tula was sent off for San Lorenzo in the 42nd minute. Things got worse for San Lorenzo when Rafael CastellÃn put Caracas 2-0 up with 20 minutes to go. On the final whistle, things went from worse to disatrous for San Lorenzo when Juan Manuel Torres was also sent off, to cap off a miserbale night for San Lorenzo and a great night for Caracas, who go top of Group 1, with Cruzeiro still to play Real Potosi to complete the first group stage for Group 1!
