A suggestion for the site!

Ok so i have spoke to Magpie already about this and we should see what other people think too.

What if we was to create a Fantasy League that is run by this site where people sign up an 11 man premiership team (like thesun dreamteam) FREE to enter of course with possibly prizes up for grabs even cash prizes depending on interest and support for such a project.

So really would just like to know who would support this and who would be interested in taking part in something like this, we could have a forum thread purely for discussion on the fantasy league and how everyone is doing ect... little bit of banta about who picked the best teams and so on... open for suggestions to add to this.

Obviously people who use these forums can sign up and even people who don't use these forums (but there will be a link to these forums in everyone signed up account when you login) so it also could eventually generate more use on the forums. Apart from all this it's fun and prizes are always nice.

Anyways let us know what everyone thinks and it's quite possible it will happen if we get the interest and go ahead.

I like the idea and the fact that it would start for the new season 08/09 also means that it woul not have to impact on any of the online fantasy league games anyone is involved with this season "thumbup1"

Just a little bit of fun for everyone that uses the forums and people that don't. Hopefully ones who don't will start to use the forums!

This will be fully working account opperated system so you will need to sign-up to it so that you can login and view your account details and your chosen team , athough you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with all this information too.

You will also be able to view the current top 20 point leaders at all times and all teams that are entered.

Like Magpie said it's aimed at 08/09 season so there is plenty of time to finalize the build and get people interested and aware.

Also suggestions are welcome as to how it is run, for example how many points for a goal scored? a clean sheet? what rating do you need to get to get points and if so how many, ect..

What monthly prizes can be? if any, winner prize if any... lots of other things too. Much to talk about and develope still but plenty of time until new season so hopefully you people will come through with interest and support and ideas.

Well i just come back from a meeting with a sponsor who has agreed to put up £5,000.00 as a prize fund for this so that's great news!! Who wouldn't sign a free team up to possibly win some of that.

Now it's just a question of who wants to be associated with it, obviously i had hoped footballchatforum.com but others are interested too.

Hope you guys can get people interested and joining these forums for this and im sure i will be able to get people to sign-up because it will be linked to these forums they will have a snoop around here too.

we have about 20 teams in an online fantasy league at the mo not all are members onhere bt they have said they would be interested.
