I didn;t like the registration for the forum, it wouldnt let me log in right away after I activated my account and it kept saying I didnt check the terms of use when I did. Has anyone else had this problem?

I didn't face the problems as you mentioned, as for the term, before you register, you should tick the accept the term and conditions before register new account. Then everything is work fine for me.
