This is a League that has been set up within another site and has recently moved over to this one,as been ask for by Admin,we will be looking for further members as the season approaches the end,but this will not be for a little while though as the new season has just started........I will as assistant to this league be posting League and Cup updates within this thread,so anyone wishing to join may keep upto date with the going ons,and for managers already involved to keep upto what is happening

The League kicked-off earlier this week with the first round of the two-legged FCF Cup which has produced a few decent results:

The return legs will be played on 09-02-08 and with just two teams winning at home the pressure lays with the rest to cancel out any away goals conceded.

The Divisional league matches will kick-off tomorrow evening with some good games in the making........

This season is promising to be the best ever with a few newe teams now involved and a fun banter going on between rival managers of Magpie Men and Millwall Lions who have both won the Divisional Title in previous seasons......Team Martha are the team that look to be the team to cause the biggest shocks this season as they have vastly improved from last season,and been very busy within the transfer market.

Magpie Men sent out their intentions of claiming back their title by destroying Ninety Minutes,who still have not been able to find a win since before the start of last season.Two times runner-up Allstars had a jittery start to the new campaign as newly promoted Wanderers fought out a excellant draw for their first ever premier points.Team Martha have also shown tonite that they have full intentions of challenging the top spot also,thumping a poor Zulu.Team Martha also had three of their new boys hitting the net on their league debuts.reigning Double holders Millwall Lions after showing a uneasy start to their defence against Manchester city in the Cup earlier this week,showed the total opposite as they demolished the other newly promoted team Micks Army to send the message out that they will not hand back their league title easily to no-one.

Round One Review

Manchester opened their debut season with a tough win against Bromley,who have still to find the form that gave them a great cup run last season,in the league.Wolves702 who also made a debutant league start against harden league opponents Westham came away with a creditable draw to claim their first points in the clubs history.RomansWarriors who also featured for the first time went top with an impressive win awat to FirthyXI who did start showing some form near the latter part of last season,but seems to have not moved forward much since.Villa and Woody the only two new teams to face each other both got off to earning a vital point,in what looks like it could be a strong league to gain promotion from and will both be happy with the final result.
