7 Subs next season

it's agreed that next season will see clubs allowed to name seven substitutes on the bench rather than the current five, although only three can come on.

I cant see the point, when they can only use 3.

Good to have more options but more people will be upset when they dont play.

Is this just for the prem or all leagues?
