Hello

Let me introduce myself. My name is Calum and I recently purchased Football Chat Forum from the old owner.

I am 100% behind pushing this forum forward, drumming up new content, getting new members, improving the forum and generally making it more appealing.

Can I also say that I was sorry for the forum being down for quite a while, I had a few problems moving it over, but it is up now.

I have made some initial changes so far, but after a week or two once I get a feel for the community I will begin making some bigger changes, of course if the members like my ideas. Here are the initial changes I have made:

Administrators have all been changed to Super Moderators, this is temporary until I get to know everyone and can give suitable roles

Ok... I thought I had changed more things when I started it list

Anyway, if you have any ideas, then send me a private message here. I will be running through all changes with members and moderators before anything is done.

I have owned several very large forums in the past, so I have experience and really hope to make this one even more successful.

I have also noticed a few small bugs after the move, I will be getting these fixed as soon as I can. If you see any then please send me a private message.

I will look into it. There are some bugs and stuff I need to get sorted out first, and something is making it run really slow on my server and I need to find out what.

Once all the bugs are sorted I will get to work on new features.

Plans:

Get for to high in google for "football forum", I can get this is I spend time doing it and it should bring many new members.

Get the predictions up and running, also maybe contact a betting provider and try and get some sort of integrated betting system running, with discounts for members (this may be a few months off).
