Lewis Hamilton who is the first black sportsman in F1 was taunted and insulted during pre-season testing at Barcalonas track Circuit-de-Catalunya.
The rivalry between himself and Spanish hero Fernando Alonso,has made Lewis a hated figure as spectators some covering their faces black hurled abuse towards the F1 driver.

A spanish federation statement read......."The Federation wants to show its absolute repulsion at these incomprehensible incidents and demostrate its support for the McLaren team and Lewis.
Idiots confusing sporting rivalry with violence should be aware that the Federation has a zero tolerance approach.."

A further statement from the Circuit de Catalunya director Ramon Pradera claimed coverage of the incident had been "Taken out of context" but steps would be taken to ensure no repeat will be seen on April 27.

He also added "We cannot generalise the actions of four or five individuals in comparison with the 50,000 spectators here."
The FIA demanded a full report into the incidents and have warned the Spanish Federation that the two Spainish Grand Prix's are at risk.

Its a disgrace imo and if the SMF do have a zero-tolerance to this then where is the banning of these spectators and the fines for the circuit owners.....Just like their Football problem it will no-doubt be swept under the carpet.

agree mate it's a disgrace no need for it they should be ashamed of there selves.

Yeah like you say they will probs just brush it under the carpet. But that then just gives little j=kids the impression its right to do it or do it as no action will be taken.

what ever sport really it needs to be clamped down on in all sports no need for it.

they wont do anything because they can't be bothered! Some of the stuff they were shouting was appalling! Should be shot!
