RANGERS have been offered the chance to become involved in a new money-spinning motorsport venture involving leading football clubs from across Europe. AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Galatasaray, PSV Eindhoven and Sevilla are among the clubs who have committed to entering cars in the Superleague Formula series which begins later this year. A Rangers spokesman said: "We have been approached with a view to getting involved and it is under consideration." The first race in the series takes place at Donington Park on 31 August, with further races scheduled for this year in Germany, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Spain. |
