Reports from Spain on Wednesday evening claimed that the transfer of defender Fabricio Coloccini from Deportivo La Coruna had now been concluded.

No announcement from Newcastle has yet been made.

still no news from Newcastle on this - it's dragging on a bit. Last week KK said there would be news within 24 hrs does he know what is going on at the the club ??
