Well, we all know Derby are down. And so are Fulham in my eyes.

There is one more spot that has to be filled, who will get it and bow out the Premiership?

Sunderland for me, i just dont see where the fire power will come from. The rest have a bit in their squad. They have Jones but he cant do it on his own.

Derby and fuham for me as well. The third spot is tricky tho as it could be any of Sunderland, Newcastle, Birmingham, Reading, Wigan and bolton

Bolton for me, I just think Birmingham's goal difference will see them stay up, JUST!

Well coming on this thread is a bit depressing for a Sunderland fan. Even if we don't win away this season, I think we will stay up with our home form.

I think that Derby and Fulham are down and Birmingham are in a bad position but their run in isn't too bad to be honest so i think they'll manage to get out. Readings run in isn't awfull either. Newcastle have some 6 pointers ahead and need to be sure they pick up points from them. I think Bolton will go down. Little Sam truely did them in in my opinion...

It's a season to consolidate and with the best 'keeper in the Premiership, if not Europe, and the driving force of the legend that is Keano

Thanks for the vote of confidence! We all knew this season would be a tough one. Next year getting quality players in should be easier and we are starting to build a good foundation for a premiership team. Next year everyone will have a had a years experience and hopefully things can only get better!

We will be OK. We do not have a lot of fire power up front but that is the difference with our squad. We have players who can score all over the pitch. A lot of our goals come from midfielders.

Only half our goals come from strikers, and to be fair Jones is our only striker who regularly plays up front. The rest (Murphy, Stokes, Chopra, Prica) play a lot down the wings due to injuries.

About 8% of our goals this season have come from defenders! Just because the strikers aren't prolific does not mean we are incapable of getting goals!
