Default Petty Excuses - United v Gunners

I have been having a little chuckle over the last couple of weeks with the ''Petty Excuses'' from Arsenal and United

The other week Manchester United made excuses after loosing to Man City blaming it on the International break "roll" - that was classic IMO

Now Arsenal are making excuses after loosing to United in the Cup blaming it on the pitch - Wenger shouldn't be so down-hearted with his side after all they was only his 2nd string

Why can't these so call ''Big Charlies'' except defeat when they loose instead of making excuses

Dunno why Wenger is bothering to make any excuses. At the end of the day we didn't show up for the game and Man U deserved to win. Fairly play to Man U! If Wenger was ever really serious about challenging for the FA Cup he should of risked a few of the players he had on the bench! But its time to forget about that and move on as we have bigger fish to fry in the form of AC Millan!!!

Exactly mate. But it just shows you where his priorities are mate. If we are not serious about winning the FA Cup and League Cup why do we even bother entering the competitions in the first place!!
