Keane hints at Stokes exit

Sunderland manager Roy Keane has hinted that Anthony Stokes could be loaned out.

Keane said: "I have said many times before, he is a young man and we cannot expect too much, too soon from him.

"We are all in danger of that, especially when players come to Sunderland. We think, 'Come on, go and produce'.But he is learning his trade and a few games in the reserves will do him no harm.

"And if he had to go out and get some other games at a Championship club or League One club, I don't think it would do him any harm."

I think a loan deal woul do him some good! Just needs to be sent to the right team! Should be a great one for the future if he progresses well now, i think it would just do him good to get some goals and experience in a lower league.

Either of you can have him, but you'll have to give him back mind you!

I think he'll do well in a club were he can be their main striker for a while. He did really well when he went to Falkirk!

He defo has some ability. I would send him to a championship club. Would do the bloke the world of good!

He is 19 and still very young.

He scored a vital winner for us against Derby... Better than any of your lot could do against them... Whoops sorry!

Keane says he has the most raw talent out of all our players.
