Japanese club JEF United Chiba are making ambitious moves to sign England striker Michael Owen, (according to the Nikkan Sports Daily Newspaper)

Think he will more likely to join Man Utd if he does not stay with Newcastle.

If he was paid serious money i reckon he could go out there! But may affect him getting his place back in the England squad.
