You're getting me wrong, I'm all for girls/womens football, my daugher plays U14 for Mulbarton Belles, one of the best [Charter Standard] clubs in the country, and the skills levels are every bit as good as their male contemporaries, but they could never compete physically with their 13/14 your old male schoolfriends (or boyfriends even!).
My lad played senior football (not just men's football but senior football as in non-league standard) at 14, until The FA found out and banned anyone under the age of 16 playing 'open age' football and he was a match for men in their 20's/30's. Now he may be, well is, a viscious thug but there's no way a fully grown woman could compete at that level of competitive football against their male counterparts.
