I'm all for girls playing football, my own 13 year old does, but the majority of girls are unable to compete with boys their own age once the lads hit puberty. My daughter has played since Under 8, in a mixed team until they step up from mini-soccer to 11-a-side, but there's no way she could compete against lads her own age.
I wouldn't put an adult female player, any player, against my 15 year old son, it would be a complete mis-match and she'd, guaranteed, end up injured. I don't care if she's an England player, physically women can't compete with even 15 year old boys. Skills wise they can be every bit as good, look at fat Ronaldo's ex-wife, but they just don't have the speed and power to do themselves justice when playing against their male counterparts.
